Worry free car buying

Don't buy online

I had been told by a few friends that Phoenix has better pre-owned car pricing compared to Vegas, so I looked in Phoenix for my pre-owned car. I recommend looking in Phoenix, just not buying online through Bill Luke Tempe and working with the internet sales “manager,” Sarah Ryan. Here is an example of our conversation after I told her by text and told someone else verbally I was available via phone call. 6:00 pm She asked if my dad was able to sign the documents reminding me that not doing so would not permit me to take the car. I responded, stating that he had signed as he had signed a set of documents and asked if they didn't get it on their end — no response for 20 min. After having no response, I asked to please confirm (because the dealership would close at eight and, indeed, I wanted to pick up the car the next day and had made travel plans to do so). She responds and says no, it hasn't been signed. Sarah AGAIN reminds me that I won't be able to take the car tomorrow unless it's signed. I asked for the paperwork to be resent, and her response was, “My finance manager sent it twice” So I had to ask, “Amazing! Can he send it a third time?” her response after sending it was, “he did already a third time.” That’s how the transaction went via text working with Sarah Ryan, the Internet Sales Manager at Bill Luke Tempe. I’m unhappy with Sarah’s customer service, which left me with a purchased price I couldn’t negotiate. I needed the car, so I purchased it; however, I’m not pleased. I called and asked to work with someone else, but I wasn’t successful. Note: During your negotiation, ask how many keys the vehicle has. Also, check on the small things; about an hour into my drive, after driving off the lot, it started raining, so I turned on the windshield wipers, and they flew off.

If you’re looking for a new car find Jacob I.

Recently bought a used Cadillac from here. We had the pleasure of working with Jacob I. He was very knowledgeable in the car and its technology even though it wasn’t a Fiat, which was a pleasant surprise. He seemed very honest and wasn’t a pushy salesman. I would recommend asking for him if you are interested in any of their cars. Once we signed on the dotted line, we went and worked with Andrew K in the finance department. He was able to get us in and out in about 45 mins. He got all the work done without trying to push a bunch of add ons onto my deal. Would buy another car here in the future.
