Nicest humans ever.

Nicest humans ever. I’ve only bought 2 cars in my life and this was my third. James and his colleagues made the experience very easy and painless…I even got roses since it was February. I feel like everyone was incredibly honest and kind. Highly recommend!!!

Don't buy from here!

Don't buy from here!!! If you are trying to negotiate on a car and want the car they will sell it right under you. Its more about moving cars as fast as they can without any humane compassion. Their slogan is wrong when they say they care about their customers. There is no more let me go home and sleep on it and I will tell you first thing in the morning. I was going to buy this car the next morning and they turned around and sold it that night. What kind of ethics do they teach there salesman. Sad you can't think overnight anymore cause these people are so greedy it makes one wonder if their slogan they profess is actual true or just made up to make themselves feel better. I asked the GM to call me and they had an internet rep call me instead and all he could say is that's their policy over and over with no sorry or didn't even care just wanted to get off the phone. They need to take a hard look at this policy cause they sure won't get my business anymore or anyone I talk to I will tell them not to go there because they are not honest people as they claimed they are when I first met them. There is no loyalty with these people they don't care about their customers its more about sales and only sales. Bill Luke should be ashamed of his employees practices and good luck to talk to Bill Luke he is too important to talk to the little guy. But they won't care about this review cause they just care about selling cars with no ethics or loyalty. And good luck if the GM will actually call me. I even said Ill go to their weekly meeting and talk to them on how to treat people the way they should be treated. They would get a lot more people coming back for years but I know I will never get an invitation, So Sad

Daniel, We care... I return all calls, emails, and reviews. You asked for a call and when returned your call, you said you were fine and didn't need anything. As far as the vehicle of interest selling, you were in the dealership trying to buy the vehicle, you decided not to purchase and left the dealership. After you left, someone else came and purchased the vehicle. You called the next day to buy it, and it had already been sold the previous evening. This happens, we sell vehicles based on a first come, first served basis. If a client leaves the dealership, the vehicle is for sale. I had been a customer of a Ford dealership for many

I had been a customer of a Ford dealership for many years. Recently I had the opportunity to visit Bill Luke who I had not previously done business with nor was familiar. I had needed a vehicle in my price range (Single mom) that was not only affordable but safe and mid sized. I was aware a used mid sized vehicle with low mileage would be close or out of my price range but took a chance. This was my first appointment of many that day to see vehicles I chose online and so I headed over. I test drove a few and they were what I expected. So I politely said thank you and was to be on my way when the gentleman who was assisting me asked if I would be interested in looking at something that wasn't in my list. He searched through after listening to my "needs/wants" and suggested one I would have never chosen. After driving it and seeing how beautiful it was I was shocked it could be mine? They made it happen and not only that, they worked the numbers and made it affordable! I was in shock. Matter a fact I still am! I want to say thank you to Bill Luke, the team and especially the consultant (I don't say sales person because he NEVER tried to sell anything to me)! You all made such a difference in my life, my drive and my family. From the bottom of my heart-thank you.

Chandler Phillips helped my wife and I out today.

Chandler Phillips helped my wife and I out today. We left dealership with a Chevy 3500hd. My wife were talking about how easy this purchase was, she mentioned that it was easier than renting a car. We will definitely come back and refer friends and family to this no hassle and honest man.
