Unbelievable

The things to do while you wait is unreal. I was able to relax in comfort and even play a video game or two. The staff was very friendly.

Service is great (Credit card fee?)

Unfortunately, this dealership has decided to charge a credit card fee when paying for service. I had to pay by check - that is simply dumb.

Haresh is a gem. He goes way above and beyond to always make sure his customers are pleased. I bought my third Lexus totally because of Haresh. I highly recommend the service department to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
