purchaser review of experience

Overall nice experience with a rookie salesman. The focus was very much on am I having a nice experience, and is everything okay (numerous times) as he kept leaving the room. Always hard to say when considering i have only purchased 5 autos and I am in my mid 60's. The sales approach hasn't changed though, but price negotiating has and was nonexistent this time. And to that point, there was not much asked about me. I would think the finance manager and sales associate were a bit taken back when I said I was a CPA. A missed opportunity to get a deeper level of understanding of the purchaser I would think. More of an inward mindset to selling than an outward approach.

I’d give it 4 1/2 if that was an option

My salesman Vladimir was very nice to work with. He didn’t shove anything down my throat as add ons to my purchase. Vladimir also thanked me nicely as I left. I view that as an Important thing after a sale. I only spent maybe 3 hours there even with my trade in. I did leave there, as the majority of buyers do, feeling that I could have done a bit better of a job negotiating. BUT…. I absolutely LOVE my lightly used RX 350!. Cons - most dealerships give you a token of appreciation, and a nice folder to put all of your documents in, etc. They did cheap out on that. My documents were stuffed into a regular letter sized envelope. Small stuff though

Great people

I would give a 5 star for the people,how easy they made once a car came in, as far as Lexus in general I did not really get what I wanted, I had to take what they had. Jamie Brown was great to work with!

Awesome car

My Salesman Sebastian, was just so patient and understating and answer all our questions. Sebastian took the stress out of buying a car. I never own a Lexus before and now I do.
