Excellent Service

Jose Garcia has been servicing my car for the last year. He's easy to work with and his follow up and communication is great throughout the process. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.

Friendly and professional staff!

I had an amazing experience with Lexus of Arlington. This dealership is great. The people are friendly and professional. I would give more stars, if I could. If you wish to go, Luis is your guy for sales and Eddie for service. Highly recommend Lexus of Arlington

Great service! Price not so much

Jose was great helped me with any and all questions that I asked him. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the price has doubled from when I got my 80000 mile service to when I got my 90000 mile service.

Lana is Excellent!

I contacted Lexus of Arington Heights through Car Guru, and they responded Right Away, unlike the other dealer I contacted that same day. I Liked the 2013 Toyota Rav4 Limited listed. They responded via email with the carfax and service history, and then Jeff the Manager called me, discussed all the items I had questions about on the Carfax. They promptly made arrangements for a test drive that same (yay! I was short on time off!!) and before I arrived they even knocked the price down by $500 to move the inventory. When I arrived, Lovely Lana B. greeted me, was super personable, realistic, knowledgeable, and honest with all my questions and concerns. she even looked for other cars that matched my requirements. My husband looked over the car to make sure another set of eyes looked over everything. I really liked it. I let her know I brought my own financing and she spoke with my Loan Office so they could manage the deal quickly. We agreed and I finalized the deal with her financial officer, walking out with car in hand. Lana has been a true pleasure to work with, I highly recommend going to her, she will not steer you wrong. Thanks Lana!!

Choose Another Dealer with Integrity

Poor experience at Lexus of Arlington located in Arlington Heights, IL. Currently in the market for a luxury SUV. After doing a lot of research online regarding the current market, I decided upon a short list of vehicles to consider which included the 2023 NX350 Luxury and the 2023 RX350 Premium+ as top considerations. I called a few dealerships in my local Chicagoland area to schedule test drives for both vehicles who stated they did not have the vehicles available for a test drive. I spoke with Jeff at Lexus of Arlington on the late afternoon of 1/2/2023 to schedule drives for both vehicles at 1PM on 1/3/2023 as he stated and confirmed that he had both vehicles available for test drives. I traveled to this dealership specifically because he stated that I would be able to drive both vehicles in one trip. I made sure to confirm this as I would be traveling around the area to test drive a few brands on the same day.   When my husband and I arrived on time to begin my test drives, we were greeted warmly which was a great start. We were informed that they had both vehicles - they were in the showroom. However, when I explained that I was there to test drive, we were informed that we could test drive the NX350, but not either of the RX350s. The RX350s had deposits on them, BUT if I was purchasing today then they would let me test drive one of the RX350s. I explained again that I was not there to purchase as I had a list of brands that I was test driving in order to decide which would be my focus which is what I stated to Jeff when I scheduled the appointment. I told the floor rep, Sebastian, who was very courteous and professional the entire time he was with us, to tell the sales manager again why I was there. Sebastian did so and returned letting us know the NX350 would be all that we could drive. This was very disappointing and in my opinion unprofessional.  I could test drive someone else's vehicle IF I was going to buy it from under them? That made little sense and also lacked integrity. I am not sure what happened, but I chose to visit this location specifically because of their supposedly confirmed availability. This was not a great initial experience in order to bring a potential new Lexus buyer into the Lexus Family. I was also informed that there is a $1000 non-refundable deposit in order to test drive the 2023 RX when it does arrive! $1000 to test drive a car that I am unfamiliar with! Further, there is a $5000 dealer markup on MSRP on the all 2023 RX except the 350h and 500h where the dealer markup is $10,000 above MSRP!!! I will say that I enjoyed the handling and drive of the NX350 and can truly appreciate the build quality of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the overall Lexus experience was lacking which is important when purchasing a luxury vehicle. I will go to another dealer to complete my purchase.

Service

Service person and work performed were great. Only disappointment was the surprise 3.5% extra charge for paying with a CC. Never was informed about this prior to service date.
