My service advisor Mr. Barry was very upfront and transparent with repairs that were needed for my vehicle. Repairs were done in a timely manner with prompt communication from Mr.Barry.

I lost my home last week on the same day I lost a tire.

I lost my home last week on the same day I lost a tire. Anna and Rebeca did EVERYTHING in their power to ensure that I was well taken care of, heard, appreciated, and SAFE. I will never take my car to an outside dealership. I still need to stop by to give them both hugs. In my darkest days the staff at this dealership was my brightest light. I will forever be grateful. Thank you. This may sound mushy and scripted but I promise you… I was terrified and alone and I left this dealership with hope. Thank you.

Great service. Josh was great. Will request him again as my service advisor. Location works great for me because I work downtown and they provide the shuttle.

Robert G., my service advisor is super helpful. He always makes sure that I have a clear understanding of what the issues are and the processes. Shuttle drivers are always friendly as well. After the complimentary car wash, the interior was spotless, exterior?not so much.

Purchased a used BMW.

Purchased a used BMW. Love the car. But the trade in offer was a joke. Would not match the offer from CarMax and acted stunned that I came back with a check from CarMax for 8 THOUSAND over their offer. And no wiggle room on the sticker price. Pros: Genius set up my digital key and Carolay which was helpful. After going back and forth to CarMax it was a loooong day. Filled gas tank. Cleaned car to perfection. This is the 2nd car purchased here. No credit for loyalty. Also, did not finance and still had to sit through long meeting to discuss service contracts. I was able to post date a check until CarMax check cleared.
