Excellent service every time. My service agent, Lourdes LaRosa is a star. My sales agent, Marty Compton, stays in touch with me and answers my questions 8 months after I bought the car.

Great service and no stress.

Had an incident that turned into something bigger after they looked at the car. Eduardo was very precise and timely with his communications and went above and beyond to work with and be patient with the insurance process. Picked up the car today and they even fixed the back bumper “scratch” that had happened in a parking lot in March 2020. Made a process that can sometimes be stressful into a clear and “pleasant” process with better than expected results.

A bittersweet experience

I found a nice car, 2015 BMW 328i, with only 73K miles at a fair price. The salesperson, Efraim, was great but problems arose with financing. As a military veteran I had already secured full financing with USAA at 3.59% but was told because I lived in another state they would not accept it. Which I thought was shady. The financial manager subsequently offered me a outrageous interest of 8%. At that point I was walking the door only to be met by the salesperson saying they found a lender at 4.79%!!! Which I reluctantly accepted because I didn't want to drive 4 hours back to Louisiana without a car that I desperately needed. The extra 1.2% cost me over $700. That was very disappointing. I'm always wary of the financial tactics of car buying. It was on a Saturday so they deducted $200 for not being able to replace the cracked windshield. But after all the paperwork was signed I received one last blow to the gut. The car only had one key remote! After a long 4 hour drive and the financial wranglings, it never occurred to me to ask about the number of keys. Being a BMW dealership I thought that would not be an issue. That's going to be an expensive oversight for a customer to bear, at least $400! Hopefully the tires which are not a match are all run flat, as BMWs don't have a spare. I would have giving Advantage a 5 star rating if not for those major issues. I can still recommend them but beware of the backdoor financing shenanigans.
