Good Service

Very efficient service. My service rep is wonderful. His name is Stan. Car in and out same day. Keeps me informed. Explains things very well .

Greatest Service IN MY LIFE !

I just moved to Houston LORRI G . Was the best ever - so professional and thoughtful- kept me updated frequently found things I didn’t know about. Example worn down motor mounts were causing car to shake Service tech sent me audio of his inspection- part by part with comments- made me feel my BMW 750 was Air Force One getting an inspection pre flight ! This dealership has me for life! I told Lorri that

Take a detailed look BEFORE delivery

Bought an M3 from Advantage recently. Love the car but was somewhat disappointed in the purchase experience. I first found the car online and then connected with a salesman since I was out of town at the moment. I put down a deposit in the car and then came in to town to complete purchase. The problem was that the car was still being serviced, and I didn’t get to test drive or even see the interior since it was up on a lift. I trusted that a complete inspection of the car was done since it was a $50k BMW. But when I took delivery the next day, there were a couple details that disappointed me. All of the child seat anchor covers in the back seat were missing. There was a small hole in the back seat where the foam was collapsed. The security lock key for the wheels was no where to be found. And the car only came with one key fob. Being a used car, I didn’t expect perfection, but it is an M car and I really felt these details should’ve been addressed at this price point, especially the single key fob.
