Great service, clean facilities.

I brought my 2015 Lincoln MKZ in for two recalls and an oil change. I was greeted as soon as we arrived in the service area. I was told what was involved with the recall notices and given a rough estimate for timing. Although the time estimate was over 2 hours, I said I would wait. The service agent was very helpful, communicated well and said they would get the work done as soon as they could. The car was taken back in about 15 minutes and was finished in about an hour. I was very pleased with the the service and timing. It helped that I said I did not need a complimentary car wash. In the waiting area I very much appreciated the tv with news broadcast. Thanks for a job well done.

Great Experience

My Service Representative Shane was the best I have ever had. Had me in, provided me with transportation, vehicle repaired and back to me in the same day. He is excellent.

On my service call October 5, 2015, the service rep was very helpful and fulfilled all of my requests and answered my questions although he had to make a number of calls to do so. He left the impression he had time for me although I imagine he had a number of people he needed to attend o besides me.

Great service!

The service person was very helpful in explaining the 75'000 mile check up and keeping me updated on when my car would be ready. It took a little longer than usual. Great job on the car wash!

Review

Shane Donaldson is the best service writer I have ever known. I see the way he interacts with the customers and how he goes out of his way to take care of their needs. Since I have gotten to know mechanic Tyler Garcia, I will not take my Ford diesel anywhere else to have it worked on. I have never had a reoccurring problem after Tyler has diagnosed and repaired the vehicle.

Great Service and college football

Only thing I can say anything about is the wait time but thats normal for service and a car wash. Customer service was great really no complaints at all, keep up the great work!

Great Service Center

Great customer service!!!

I've been to your service department more times than I've wanted, however, each time going Curtis Romine has made my experience painless and his service has been nothing less than exceptional. I hardly ever fill out surveys but I do hope this is noticed so he can be recognized for all his efforts. PS. I'm happy to say I've joined the Lincoln family and I have no regrets whatsoever.
