Overcharged for a routine maintenance. Almost 900 dollar for a 235 dollar worth of maintenance.work . Unbelievable. Just changed engine oil and rotated the tier. Never ever wanted to come back to your service again.

Advisor spoke to the Mike Calvert staff in the drop off
Advisor spoke to the Mike Calvert staff in the drop off area in a language other than English. That staff removes the engine air filter and cabin air filter and throws it in trash. Car has only 15k miles and there was no dirt on filter. Really cheap and unethical way to generate revenue. Only Windsheild wiper fluid appears behind topped off and video shot. All the other fluids were below the min level. Invoice states number of line items for $69. At least should min top off all fluids.
