We took our van for body work they were very rude to me and mom very bad customer service I would call them to check on the van was told they would call me back I called three times and no call back I had to drive over there very very bad service we thought we get better service there we were wrong

Our service advisor did a fine job explaining and documenting the service needed on our vehicle and further assisted in prioritizing the work necessary to get back on the road with a sense of confidence. We were treated fairly and in our best interest seemed important during the process. I left dealership satisfied with the diagnosis and that the work was completed in a professional manner. It is why I chose Mike Calvert to maintain my vehicle.

I have been taking my vehicles to Mike Calvert for service since 1999. Employees were always curious and knowledgeable. Today, I traded in my 2006 Highlander Hybrid which had 290,000 plus miles. I got an unexpected great price which helped me buy a new 2024 RAV4 Premium. The new car price was discounted and add on fees were waived. No other dealer offered such a deal! I had thought the deal offered on the phone must be "hopiun" but the final deal was better than I anticipated! The sales representatives and the finance officer were exceptionally helpful in ensuring a smooth process. Best customer service ever! Gp there first - it will be your first and last stop!
