Bait and switch, advertised car and price “not available,” $5,000 markup for unspecified dealer add-ons; trade in value $1500 under the low end of the promised range from their online tool, and $6000 under written offer from Carvana; old fashioned high pressure sales techniques and hours at the dealership, almost laughable they were so obvious. Financing guy was reasonable and straightforward. Delivery was prompt. Sales process demolished any trust I might have had in this dealership.
