Everyone is very nice here.

Everyone is very nice here. Service was done promptly and with a smile. I had 2 recalls and a sensor that was out. The sensor was due to someone having backed into my front bumper. I did not notice it at all, but when they showed it to me I could see the damage on the inside. Thank you guys/gals for the excellent work!

The dealership does a good job.

The dealership does a good job. However, over an hour for an oil change that I scheduled an appointment for is ridiculous!

Customer Service Is Horrible

Every time I come here I keep reminding myself that I should find another dealership to go to . Every time I come here the customer service gets worse . The advisors will literally see you standing there and if you?re not their customer they will not say anything . Today I came in due to my car being hesitant to start and let?s just say the check in process was bad too . I pulled in and a guy came out but just started typing in information about my car but not once did he say hello , hi , or anything . That along made me want to just leave but I stuck it out . Another guy took my information and that was that . Sat in the waiting room until I received a text about the repairs . I came around the corner to try to get assistance as to what was going on and this one guy which was the first guy that came out looked me right in my face and went to help this lady while there was not only just me standing there but 2 other people . So the lady who worked there told him that this other lady was here first so he went to help her and another gentleman helped the other guy that was standing there . The lady that worked there ended up helping the other lady and then he came back into the office looked me in the face again walked down by the printer came back to the same lady he tried to help but she told him that she was being helped then he went to this other guy that was down by the printer asked if he needed help and walked right out the door without ever saying anything to me as if I invisible . I live by 1960 & 45 and for some reason I drive way to Kingwood to get my car worked on when there are other Honda?s in the area . This is the last straw I will not be coming back . I asked for a manager twice and was not able to speak with one .

Extremely Poor Experience

After looking at the service report for invoice 503544 I discovered that the color of my car, the year, and the VIN were all incorrect. Even the delivery date was incorrect. Plus when I was greeted which took a while. I was told I didn?t have an appointment. Does not surprise me after trying to use the useless computer operated phone service provided by Sterling McCall Honda. You need to have a human being not a computer. That would one step closer to going back to having good customer service. What happened to having bottled water in the waiting area. Sterling McCall Honda has gone cheap but charges $4.00 for shop supplies. I guess that goes to the mechanic to buy an expensive drink out of the vending machine. Also that same day after I left Sterling McCall Honda I had to stop at Discount Tire because my ?Low Tire Pressure? alert came on my car. I guess the mechanic really didn?t check my tires as described on the invoice stating ?checked and set tire pressure to spec?. I wonder what else wasn?t done by the mechanic. I was told by Discount Tire that all my tires were low. Did this mechanic removed the air? But Sterling McCall Honda was great at annoying me from start to finish while there plus texting me too about adding on additional expensive services. Thank God for a coupon for decent priced oil change if not I would go elsewhere. I did want to select a star for the Overall Rating? but I was forced into giving one that should not even been applied to this experience. I give this experience a negative grade of -F.

I usually have no problem but this time after my service

I usually have no problem but this time after my service I was hearing noise sounds like crunching noises when I press the brakes. Mostly the right rear side. What could it be. I will make an appointment to have it checked.

Great selection of vehicles. Sales department was attentive without the feeling of being hassled or pushed into something. It was a comfortable experience.
