The best part about the service at Legacy is that nobody ever tries to sell me something I really don't need. They are always patient with my questions, and we always discuss service options. There are closer place for me to get my Escape serviced, but I will come back to Legacy.

Friendly and helpful
We a got an 2015 Fusion and 2015 Escape. We love both vechicle's. Our questions were answered. And everybody was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the wait time to get into finance. While Tony was great. He was the only one there. We had been pre-approved by Ford Credit. We where there 4 hours to get my vechicle and 3 hours the next day to get my husband's. The time spent with the salesman was about an hour on each deal. The rest if the time was waiting to get in finance.

Outstanding Sales and Service!!
The salesperson, finance manager and staff are very helpful at Legacy Ford. It takes the hassle out of buying when you do business with Legacy. They explain all of my options and help with any questions. Thats the main reason why I keep returning to buy my vehicles there.

Purchase of a used F-250 King Ranch.
Purchased a 2012 F-250 Superduty King Ranch FX4 with 52k miles. Had an excellent experience from the pre-owned sales department to financing etc. Every person I talked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Again.

Awesome Job Ford
I have a 2007 Ford Mustang, I brought it in for a recall notice. The service was quick and simple. The Customer service was fast a friendly. This was better than my experience with the Chevy Dealership. I am much pleased and I will be returning for work on the Ford Excursion that I just purchased.
