I enjoyed my experience with the salesman that I worked

I enjoyed my experience with the salesman that I worked with. He was very helpful and nice. I ended up purchasing a vehicle but I later realized that the price was more than what it was advertised for and I was told, the windshield wipers needed replaced right away, and I was told they would put gas in it for me. I traded in my vehicle with almost 3/4 tank of diesel gas. I was given barely a 1/4 tank of gas which didn’t even get me home. Rather disappointed in those details. Andy Mohr sells enough vehicles (25 the weekend I bought mine), that attention to the details should be their priority!

From proper pricing to fuel and promised items, those should have been handled correctly. I will review this with our team so we can address these issues and prevent them from happening again.

Enjoyed the team and my Salesman, Niko, went above and beyond to deliver my car to me an hour away. For a brand new car I thought it would be cleaner when I received it and theres a mark on the driver’s side of the windshield that I can’t get off and the dealer doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to help me.

I bought a 25 Frontier 10 days ago #1 I have been trying to contact salesman Matt (I think) left voicemail operator said she would hand him a message to call #2 finance manager lied to me about 2 different things costing me about $100 a month I will never set foot on an Andy Mohr dealership again, If this is how they do business

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I purchased a vehicle it was going well until we went to financing the loan rate was very high I questioned it and was told it was very normal. I was not sure about signing when the finance person told me I had 30 days to cancel so I went ahead and signed. The next day I found a rate 3% less so I called to talk to them about canceling the loan so I could get a better loan rate and was told that they were talking about the warranty not the loan and that the loan was final. After double checking the paper work I also found I had been charged for things like Ziebart protection and theft protection that I had said I didn’t need. Needless to say I will never buy a car from any Andy Moore dealership. They are definitely taking advantage of people.
