The entire experience was top notch... We were working...

The entire experience was top notch... We were working with another dealership, but they did not have the car we wanted. Hackettstown Honda quoted the best price over the phone (so low that the dealership we were working with told us that it was impossible). They honored the quote to a tee while providing knowledgeable friendly service. The overall facility was beautiful and clean; the atmosphere was joyous and positive with regards to the other employees in the building. The entire process was fantastic and quick. Matt even helped setup the bluetooth connection for my Blackberry. I would definitely recommend Hackettstown Honda and Matthew Furman to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.

Don't waste your time here!

We spent several hours here - everything takes forever. We decided which model/color we wanted and we were then told they did not have in stock. They said they could have there by next morning. We suggested doing finance paperwork that day to speed process along. We came next day at time appointed by them, waited again and we were then told financing paperwork had not been started yet and the car we wanted was not there yet. We walked out and went to Clinton Honda. We got the car we wanted and completed the whole transaction in a little over two hours. What a difference!

Do not go here!!!! We spent an entire day here and...

Do not go here!!!! We spent an entire day here and accomplished nothing. It took 15 minutes each for them to bring us each car to look at. We were told the CR-V in colors we wanted was not available there but they would have for us next day at 10:00 AM. We showed up at 10:00 and the car was not ready nor was the financing completed. Staff was rude and basically told us to go elswehere. We went to Clinton Honda and completed the entire process happily in 2.5 hours. What a difference in professionalism.

I purchased a 2012 Honda pilot. Warren was my salesman, he was very helpful and answered every question that I had for him. I will definetly recommend Warren to anyone who is looking for a new car. Mike and Frank were very helpful with getting me a price and deal that I could afford with out breaking the bank. If you are looking for a new/used car check them out you will be very happy.

Mr Solomon Faizi is a true professional, as is John Zingani and Matthew Furman. Every detail was catered to with the ease of their most knowledgeable distinction and the my new care was presented in what appeared to be moments. The lengthy paper work and the new operations of my car went painlessly while waiting in a most beautiful and immaculate surrounding. We traveled all the way from East Hanover to get the...

We traveled all the way from East Hanover to get the timing belts changed on our Honda Odyssey. They were running a special for a few hundred less than everyone else. When we called other dealers we were told it is a come on and you will never get that deal. Well everything was done top notch no run around and treated with kid gloves and even given a loaner car. When we buy our next Honda we will be back as they have earned a new customer. A ++++ keep up the good work

Don't buy a used car here!

The customer service was moderate at best and the salesman was pushy and overbearing - the stereotype of a used car salesman. I almost didn't buy the car I had driven 400+ miles to look at but the price was very good. BUT when I got the car home and had my mechanic look at it he found that the brake pedal was faulty!! They let me drive home through the Pennsylvania mountains with a brake pedal that was falling apart!?! Either they didn't actually inspect the car like they claimed, their mechanics are awful, or they just didn't care. Whatever the reason I was horrified. DON'T BUY A USED CAR HERE!
