Bravo!
I have a '98 Expedition 4x4 that kept eating batteries....I knew an electrical system issue would require professional troubleshooting, so I thought i'd give Bob Davidson a try since they specialize in Ford....Eric my service Advisor told me that they have a Tech named Jeff that can find any electrical issue guaranteed....He found the issue in only a few hours!... But needed to keep the truck overnight just to make sure there were no other power drains, and there were none....I was impressed with the professionalism and courteous service I received!....Eric was upfront and honest and did not attempt to tell me I needed repairs on something I didn't need....Since I had to leave the truck at the dealership and did not have a ride home, they even arranged transportation for me and even picked me up the next day back to the dealership, Wow!!....Dell who was my driver was extremely friendly and professional as well and couldn't thank him enough for all of his assistance....My Truck is back on the road and running smoothly!....Bravo Bob Davidson Staff!

New car shopper
Bought a new Escape almost 2 yrs ago, experience was good, got exactly what I wanted. Now brought car thru the express service for my first oil change but there was nothing express about it was there for 2 hrs!! Then came in second time for mileage check n service, I am handicap they really took good care of me n it didn't take long at all

Mr Odem was very professional in the purchase of a 2017 Lincoln Continental Black Label to a customer with a out of state residency (El Paso, Tx). Was able to receive a little discount as a Retired Military Service Member. Received the Lincoln Continental Black Label with a full tank of gas also. My wife and I are very satisfied with the purchase/lease of this vehicle.

They are to busy to just check the codes
They said they were to busy to check the code for my car that was bright in on a tow truck. Just check the code so I know what's going on and you can order the parts. Not impressed. They have zero idea how to handle things.

Service on my Escape
Laverne is always so friendly and makes the service experience great. I had a sensor go bad on my Escape and they diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed for me. Laverne kept me updated with what was going on and when the work would be finished. Thanks Laverne and will definitely be coming back for all of my regular service!

Great service and value
I started at a value oil change service. After their price went up by 200%, I took the time to go to Bob Davidson. Employees were exceptionally helpful. Prices were as advertised. This is exactly the same as when I bought the vehicle there. No BS.
