Bought Zl575 1300 miles
High performance vehicle only owned by lucky line. Manager toughted "...$2000" below my cost. Didn't register until it I got home and discovered oil leak at home. Took it local dealer RVA who wanted to replace head gasket for $3000. Severely bummed! Called SLP (designers of HP package) so I drove it to NJ from VA and they told me the gasket was replaced but not torqued. Subsequently the supercharger o-ring failed. $509 to fix; $800 shipping costs. Manager should have disclosed oil leak. Ask critical questions snd have the car checked!

Don't buy from LUCK LINE MOTORS
Bought a vehicle and I received TERRIBLE after the sale service and after doing some research found their prices to be higher than average and in some instances the most expensive I saw on Craigslist while researching. Higher prices with less features.

Good Car, Good Price, Good Guy
I bought a Jeep from Lucky Line Motors on December 24, 2016. I inquired about the car maybe a day or so before and told the salesperson (Mike) what I wanted to spend. He talked to the manager and was only able to get the price down to about $800 above what I wanted to spend. The next day he asked me if I was still considering the car and I told him I had a check with a certain amount and I didn't want to spend over that amount. About 20 minutes later he called me back and said he got the owner to agree to that price. When I got to the dealership, Mike came out to greet me and allowed me to test drive the car by myself. He gave me a route that allowed me to test the car out in town and on the highway. Once back at the dealer her was patient as I called my insurance and got that handled. He gathered the paperwork and I was out the door in one hour from start to finish. Most hassle free car buying experience I've ever dealt with. The Jeep is nice and passed inspection. I had to put some air in the tire the same weekend, but other than that no complaints about the quality/condition of the vehicle. Mike is a nice guy. He didn't blow up my phone and he communicates via text. Mike got me the price I could afford and was nice about it once I drove out there. I would recommend the dealership.

Did not receive a response from the dealership when I inquired about availability of a vehicle (twice). Cannot comment on the other elements. I would like to purchase one of their vehicles.

Got a truck from there and love it!! Want to thank Mike found me the right vechile. But over all Wayne in the service dept went way beyond to help me out with a situation. Best guy to talk to with maintenance. He understands and helped out. Very generous and understands the true meaning of WONDERFUL customer service.

Customer Satisfaction
Had TWO very good experiences with Lucky Line Motors. Buying a used car can be a headache sometimes but the inventory they have is outstanding. Car Faxes are available for all cars and minor issues were addressed and fixed promptly. The staff is friendly and I will definitely recommend them to friends. Be smart and have any car you buy checked out no matter where you get it from. If you're looking for a reliable dealer with solid cars this is the place. Thank you guys!

Exceptional Customer Service!
Our salesperson was Mickey. He was friendly, genuine and honest. He delivered over the top customer service, answering all my questions; even if I asked him twice about all of the buttons in the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car! See Mickey!!
