A nightmare. Horrible experience.

Utterly HORRIBLE and HUMILIATING experience I had today lucky line motors. I was speaking to Ron about a car and was interested in, ron was polite and was helpful. While negotiating, i mentioned the car had accidents not mentioned, the "sales manager" Nikki storms at me, and in a horrible tone, insults me and asked me to go and get the other car at some other dealership if it was cheaper, as if he owned the place. And when I asked him who he was and why he just cut us like that, in a very rude way he introduced himself as the sales manager so its his right to intervene. Pathetic customer service and definately lost my business. Would never bring back my business if I have to see the unprofessional, rude, and immature "sales manager" Nickki. Drove all the way from richmond to view the vehicle and this place was a waste of time and gas.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

So dont waste your time trying to negotiate, because you will get yelled at.

Came in to pick up a truck to haul my boat. the vehicle, price and service were excellent. i was in and out. Highly recommend!

Disappointing

I inquired about a car and was contacted by a salesperson named Jim Shaffer. Apparently Jim Schaefer gave me his personal phone number so when I returned his phone call he was not at work and could not provide me with the information wanted regarding the car. Since he was not at work he told me to go online and fill out a finance application which I did I was then contacted by someone named Ryan who said they would be back in contact with me. 24 hours after that and an email saying they were confident and obtaining a finance package for me I was the one to contract the dealership. Jim told me that I was approved but then it wasn't approved and that they were unwilling to work with me. I was give no options only told to go through my bank.... Disappointing experience and I'm glad I didn't travel as intended to view any car on their lot.

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS!

BUYER BEWARE!! THEIR 90 day warranty is a SCAM Purchased a 2012 VW Jetta for our 20 year old daughter to drive from Stafford county to Richmond VA for college. It came with a 90 day warranty. Within 24 hours of purchase Check engine light came on with code P0491 & p0492 ( which have to do with emissions that is a required test for registration of a car in Stafford County!) Took it back to Dealership and they worked on it for 2 days and claimed it was Fixed so at this point we went to our mechanic for the emissions test for Stafford County which IT FAILED!!! took car back to Dealership and again they "FIXED IT" took it back to mechanic and it FAILED EMISSIONS TEST AGAIN! Mechanic also said he could see no new parts at all! We then had to wait 6 weeks for them to get parts to fix this problem. After having the car again for a few days and being assured it was fixed we went back to our mechanic and he said no new parts were installed and it failed emissions again and the check engine light had come on in the 30+ mile ride between dealership and mechanic shop!!! We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are also having too now pay out of pocket for the repairs as it needs to be registered ! Paying car payments for 3 months and our daughter not having a car to drive has been a nightmare!

Extremely Satisfied Customer!

My husband and I made a recent purchase. We had the pleasure of working with Ron and Zachary. I must say these two gentlemen will definitely take care of you during the car buying process. They walk through every step and explain in great detail. Purchasing from Lucky Line Motors is swift...not in a pushy manner. Great dealership. Great service!!

Drove in from Maryland. Got there late Tim my sales guy and Josephina stayed late to get the deal done. Did my test drive. Started the paper work and got about 90% done. Tim and Josephina told me to fax in the rest the next day or so. Got the car for about 4 grand bellow the value. Could not be happier. Thanks everyone.
