We looked for and purchased a car here.

I read many reviews about this place and some were not favorable. We shopped here anyway. They had the vehicle we wanted and worked with us to make it happen. During the test drive, we noticed a noise that turned out to be a wheel bearing. The mechanic there rode with us and diagnosed it immediately. They put it in the shop and replaced both front wheel bearings at their expense. The owner and salesman, Alex, stayed late (about an hour) to accommodate us on closing and pick up. They have done everything they said they would do and more. Our experience with this company has been great and we have a Subaru Forester that we enjoy every day.. Good job guys!

Don’t Buy Here!

Shady Dealership. When I arrived, they had painted the car and the paint job was horrible. Look out for the Midnight Blue GX470 on their lot. To top off the experience the other reviews about management being rude is true 100x over. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Customer

Worst experience I have ever had. Not only did I get told to go screw myself but the owner and GM won’t even return or give me a call. I have had nothing but problems with the financing department, Will, on slander, bait and switch raising prices from advertising due to my age group I guess, and then repoing my car due to false claims. I was told to lie to the banks for the financing. This place is full of fraud and people that don’t care to even return a call. I would never recommend them.

Friendly liars

Drove from Richmond there because I was told they deal with Bank of America after arrival and test drive told they don’t. Then we tried to work a deal with me re running my credit and they’re idea of a deal was 250 off after me re running my credit. Liars will never deal or recommend you deal with this company.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

This company sold me and my husband two cars that were in very bad shape and didn’t want to pay to fix the cars for us. My husband’s car had brakes that were about to fall off the car and the car didn’t have a horn. My car had problem with the engine and 4wd only 1 week after buying the car when asked if they would do the repairs they told me no and hung the phone up on me. You can forget about asking them to do any extra replacements for the car if it’s missing pieces they are really tight with the money as to what my salesman told me. These people only care about making a sale after that they don’t want anything to do with you or the car. Save your money and go to a quality certified dealer.

Pictures were not exactly showing issues

After agreeing to price over the phone and putting down deposit I traveled from Washington DC to Fredericksburg only to see that the vehicle had a 3" tear in the passenger seat leather and 2 or the 4 wheels were curb rashed. They had only shown one wheel rashed and while there was a picture of the passenger seat, it was not obvious there was a tear, and it was obvious in person. Wasted my time. Sales manager was a jerk, made now effort to correct situation or compensate for damage. Probably thought since I spent $100 to get there I would still close the deal. NOPE, paid $100 to get home and would NEVER recommend this group
