Second vehicle purchased here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was so excited to find the car that we were looking for that I failed to notice that all four tires need to be replaced. I don’t think the car should’ve been sold in that condition.

Appointments made conveniently. Turnaround time very good. Over-and-above assistance and clear cost info ahead of time. Service on 2019 Continental always good, as expected. Only problem with 2008 Grand Marquis this month was an oil change that was over filled and therefore over charged. It was redone immediately when I questioned the charge. Human error. No harm to me or the Mercury. I'm a satisfied customer. Richard Norton 512.635.2429.
