The staff and sales personnel including Finance Professionals was attentive, quick, professional. A recall issue was found and dealt with appropriately and quickly by the Truck Shop and Doc, a small hiccup was encountered during financing, Shannon handled it quickly and professionally!

Job Well Done
I have a Focus with the dreaded transmission problems. Ford covers the cost of most of the repair but getting the repair done in a timely manner is always an issue. Robert was great in guiding me through the process and getting the repair completed. I had issues with another dealership where my car sat for a week in the repair shop without any work done and was told it would be another week to diagnose before they repair could even be completed. No such problems with Mac Haik.

Alright
We really appreciated our salesman (Kenneth Campbell) but after getting the car we realized that half the vents don’t blow hot air, which means no defrost and it isn’t safe during cold mornings with frost. Also I was told there is only one set of keys even though my key says 1 of 2.

Title: They fixed my Jeep - yes at Ford
Submission: I had an oil leak in my Wrangler JK and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. My husband said the people at Mac Haik Ford would take care of me and they did. Found the leak, replaced the needed parts and I actually left the service dept smiling. Service provider Jason as well as Edwin the service manager could not have done it better.

Used MKC Purchase
It was a joy to work with our sales associate Zollie. We came in for a new MKC test drive but did not see the color combo we wanted. Zollie lead us to a recent lease return that had the colors and options we were looking for. He worked up a very good deal for us. He made the sales process very easy and fast. He kept us updated through the preparation process and got the vehicle in our hands on schedule. The vehicle looks brand new and we are very satisfied with this purchase.
