David Dempsey was a pleasure to work with. Appreciate the work that he put in and negotiating with the dealership to come to an agreement on a vehicle that my wife and I were interested in. Sales process was relaxed and no pressure. Drove away with a fun car and a smile. Good job David.

I enjoyed the Lounge area : Coffee & fruit snacks; Kim Hinojosa is a great Host & Scheduler; Kim made sure I was aware of the Texting notification to check status of my vehicle & wait time! Before leaving ,Kim gave me the Assurance that My Paperwork reflected the Work done & any Costs applicable. Kim is very Professional ; Glad to see more Women take Leadership roles @ COVERT GMC!

My service rep is Michelle Raygo - she is amazing - very knowledgeable and very courteous! The service department- Kayla, Michelle, David are the best - very accommodating! I thought about trading my car in for a Denali but I can’t leave the excellence of this service department.
