Paul was absolutely fabulous. He diagnosed the problems and provided me with all the intelligent choices of possibilities, letting me know which ones were necessary and which ones were optional at this time and could be done later.

John Nay has been our Service Writer for 12 years. He is terrific. He listens carefully as we describe what we are experiencing in the vehicle and translates into the proper terminology for the technicians. He's friend and responsive. A great guy and the principle reason we have been loyal customers.

Excellent service
I have been going to Covert Ford for many years and am always treated extremely well. This was the first time I have worked with Adam Miller and had an excellent experience with him. All of the work was done on my truck within the time frame that he promised and he was very nice and personable. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure I had a ride to and from the dealership. Will definitely be contacting him the next time I need work performed on my F150. I also appreciated the rose that was left in the passenger seat when I picked up my truck. Nice touch for your female customers.

Keeps me coming back
Didn't make an appointment, just brought it in on a cold Saturday morning for "The Works". I drive up into the service lane, step out of my car, and there's Linda O., ready to take care of me, and she did! Stayed in the lounge, and an hour or so later, the work was done. Stepped outside and they brought my car right to me. Thank you service department.
