Great Service

During trip to Austin from Rowlett our 2012 Ford Edge would not start. Roadside towed our vehicle to Covert tues before Thanksgiving and they had it fixed wed afternoon. Fast and excellent service.

Professionalism shown by Shop Foreman

My previous experience at Covert Ford was anything but nice; I rated my service at that time a "1." However, your shop Foreman, Dustin Prien, contacted me because he had been servicing my truck for several years and he wanted to know why I was upset after the last visit. After explaining the reasons, he wanted me to return so that he could personally rectify my dissatisfaction. Needless to say, had it not been for his professionalism, I would not have taken my truck back to Covert. In my opinion, he showed me what it really means when you all say "Our customers are truly valued...". Without his forward thinking and following Covert's ideas about customer service, you would have lost a customer forever. Because of his persistence and professionalish, I rate Covert Ford Service this time as outstanding!

Great Service. Patient and helpful.

Mike was very helpful. He coached me throughout the day and never made me feel rushed. Mike took care to go through the details of all documents and walked me to the different departments inside the dealership, taking care to make sure I was comfortable before leaving me with the new representative.

Great Service with a smile

My service adviser Wayne Andrews went out of his way to help even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Covert, even items that were not covered under warranty he was very understanding in the way he explained the issues and what my cost would be up front.

Covert is awesome

Chris, Bert, Mike were all very helpful. Easy negotiation and very willing to satisfy a loyal ford customer. I've also had very good luck with Gene in service over the years.

Great place to purchase a car.

A company that runs its business in a straightforward no nonsense manner. They responded to queries immediately and went the extra mile to find just the right auto for both sides of the sale.

HORRIBLE

The sale person we dealt with appeared very unaware of our needs. The sales person tried to sell us a truck that we did not want. He went as far as to submit the paperwork for the truck he wanted us to buy and not the one we wanted. When we finally got all the issues worked out, there was damage to the truck that we bought. the sales person did the correct documentation for the damage and promised that someone would set up an appointment to fix the damage to the brand new truck. Over 6 weeks, no sales person or service department personal called us for the damage. phone calls were made and 2 person visits. Each time she was blown off and treated as if she was not a person. Covert Ford workers have ruined the truck buying process and the fun of owning a new truck. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE THAT NO ONE BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

New Vehicle Purchase

Eiji Evans: Eiji was the person I was referred to on a late Sunday telephone call inquiring about an internet sale. He arranged to have the vehicle on-site when I arrived on Tuesday morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. During the negotiation he was my advocate and I was very satisfied with the sales agreement. I have purchased new vehicles for over 40 years and Eiji is the most qualified I have experienced. I have already recommended him to others.

Excellent customer service by Eiji Evans at Covert on the purchase of our new truck. Friendly, very helpful and made the process of buying a new truck easy and haggle free! Definitely will refer to friends/family.

THANKS TIM ELLIOTT!

I traveled all the way from San Antonio to purchase my 2012 Mustang GT which I found listed through this website. It was pre-owned with 9,430 miles on the clock, and I must say I could not believe it was a used vehicle. Spotless is the only word I would use to describe the condition of the car, well perfect would be a good substitute also. Anyway, I love my bright red Mustang, and I will always make the drive up to Covert Ford for my Ford vehicle purchases! Tim Elliott is a great guy, if you are buying pre-owned see him first!
