Exceptional Dealership and Salesman

My wife and I were considering a Subaru Forester Touring model. Our salesman answered all our questions and met all our requests which included having him drive us in the Forester over rough roads at some speed and again at slow speeds in stop and go traffic. He also arranged to meet our request to have the car for 24 hours so we could drive it on the highway and on Capitol Hill were we live. We can also report that the finance department was efficient and quick to provide us with pricing. Beyer's price and financing were very competitive. Finally, the facility itself is clean, spacious and modern. All together, a very pleasant shopping experience. Our salesman was Vesko Pashpurov. He was great. We have yet to decide whether or not to purchase the Forester or the Crosstrek.

Tried to purchase a used Jeep via the internet as I am...

Tried to purchase a used Jeep via the internet as I am located a several hundred miles away. Was contacted by phone by Peter Bader and the sales manager, Omar, and made an offer over the phone. We did not agree on a price but they told me what they wanted for the vehicle (asking price and they would forgo the usual dealer fee.) The next day I got an email advertising that the price of the vehicle was raised by about 1000.00. I called Peter and he said they would stand by their original offer. I texted a few days later with an offer closer to their price and Peter texted back that they needed about 800 more. I then texted back a few days later with an offer to meet them halfway. Never heard back. A few days later I sent an email explaining that I texted an offer and they never responded and asked Peter to please respond to my latest offer. Never heard back again. Another dealer email blast came through with the price of the vehicle raised again more than $1000+. So what started out as an advertised internet price of ~37K, the new advertised price after trying to negotiate went up to 39,639. Strange, never heard back and they kept raising the price of the vehicle that they could have sold for $400 below what they agreed to sell it for. Poor follow through in my opinion. Would not recommend dealing with them.

Hey if you’re looking for a used or new car, you will not regret coming here! I bought a Lexus is300 at Beyer and truly had the best customer service!! His gave me a great price and even a better car!! Really recommend them! These guys are what you call a professional and customer first dealership!!! Definitely was more then satisfied with my experience here!!! Best dealership I’ve ever bought a car from!!

Wonderful people! Just bought a new ascent. Adam listened carefully to what we needed. They found the car we were looking for quickly. Very fair negotiations. Every person we talked to from Adam in sales to Cam in finance, to Trent in service (we wanted a trailer hitch installed) to the woman who helped us with a loaner as we waited to Rob who showed us some things with the car and actually installed our bike rack— were extremely friendly and helpful. Best car- buying experience I’ve ever had!

Fantastic service

Beyer Subaru is a top-notch dealership. My wife and I were looking to trade in a leased Crosstrek, and when we went to Beyer, Ron Samuel gave us a very fair offer on the lease and helped us find a newer used Outback. I checked with some other dealers in Alexandria area and Beyer offer was 2k more than the others for the same car. my wife and I found them straightforward and helpful, and didn’t leave us feeling like we were in a used car lot. We’ve had some negative experiences buying used cars, but not here. These guys are honest and professional, and that’s why we recommend Beyer Subaru. They will treat you right.

A very good experience

I went to Beyer to buy a 2020 Outback Premium and ended up with a 2019 Limited with only 7438 miles. A better buy. My experience with the salesperson and the finance person was very good. No pressure. My recommendation is that you do your homework ahead of time. Compare what other dealers are selling similar vehicles for.

Overall a pleasure to buy from Beyer Subaru!

My wife and I bought a new 2020 Subaru Forester from Beyer Subaru, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our salesman, Belayneh Ayele, was a pleasure to deal with -- friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful -- and he facilitated the entire process to ensure it turned out well. The only area for improvement was the long wait in the queue for the finance paperwork to be signed and processed. When we finally got to the finance person, it was completed in a jiffy; however the wait time was quite long. I strongly recommend that another person be added to that department.

Great service

The service department was very quick to intake the car and kept in touch during the service. I was super impressed that they provided a loaner car for free (although it would have been good to tell me this when I booked the service over the phone)
