I had great experience my sales person burka was awesome and the.n the manager was a great help as well. They made sure I was good with price working with my budget . Last but not least Ms Gabby (finance ) was excellent going over everything and make sure I was pleased with the purchase . Excellent customer service from the time walked in until the end . Thank you for a great experience.

My experience was excellent. Everyone that I dealt with from Franco the salesman to Gabby the financial officer to Pete the associate manager all were excellent and enjoyable to work with. I drove 4 hours from Chesapeake Virginia to Alexandria to purchase this vehicle. It was Franco's willingness to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed on the vehicle I was interested in. The price was excellent the experience was excellent I would buy from this dealership again in a heartbeat.

I have experienced wonderful care of my 15year old Toyota minivan from the detail staff. I hand my minivan off in shambles, and they return it to me a different car! The team magically transforms my minivan back to it’s original state. Amazing work. Special thanks to Shay for taking my reservation.

Excellent Experience!! Mr B answered all my questions, made sure all my asks were met in regards to areas I wanted addressed on the car I purchased (driver seat, blemish on rear). Introduced me to Mr Pete the sales manager who made sure my MD inspection was completed and that my car was ready when he promised. Picked up my car and it was right in front with a fresh car wash and full tank of gas!!

One of the main issues I had was the excessively high processing fee. For my truck alone, I was charged close to $1,000, which I felt was unreasonably high. While I paid it, it was still very disappointing. After picking up the truck from the dealership and getting home, I realized how dirty it actually was. It was clear that little to no effort was put into cleaning it. They appeared to have only wiped down visible surfaces. Interior compartments, the dashboard, and other areas were completely neglected. There were even food stains on the passenger-side door, which is unacceptable for a vehicle being sold. As a result, I was left having to clean the truck myself after purchase. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership due to the lack of care and attention they put into their vehicles, whether used or new.

Mr. B ( Belayne Ayele) was excellent. Patient, answered all questions, no pressure. He happily showed us other options in the back when we asked him and left us space and time to make our decision.
