I made an appointment for 715am (first available slot of the day) for a simple state safety inspection; an inspection that takes about 5 mins anywhere else. I pulled in at 710am and I'm told it will be a 90-minute wait because there are others ahead of me and they only have 1 inspector and it takes a while to complete the inspection. I left, took it down the street, and the inspection was completed in 6 minutes. This was an unsatisfactory experience. What is the point of an appointment if others can just drive-in and be ahead? Unfortunately, can't recommend this dealership any longer. I've had previous experience where an oil change (with an appointment) takes 90+ minutes but I overlooked it; couldn't this time.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my used EV there. Everyone was friendly and professional and not pushy. Mario, my sales associate was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the features of my car and had an answer for every question..

My experience was excellent. Everyone that I dealt with from Franco the salesman to Gabby the financial officer to Pete the associate manager all were excellent and enjoyable to work with. I drove 4 hours from Chesapeake Virginia to Alexandria to purchase this vehicle. It was Franco's willingness to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed on the vehicle I was interested in. The price was excellent the experience was excellent I would buy from this dealership again in a heartbeat.

I have experienced wonderful care of my 15year old Toyota minivan from the detail staff. I hand my minivan off in shambles, and they return it to me a different car! Excellent Experience!! Mr B answered all my questions, made sure all my asks were met in regards to areas I wanted addressed on the car I purchased (driver seat, blemish on rear). Introduced me to Mr Pete the sales manager who made sure my MD inspection was completed and that my car was ready when he promised. Picked up my car and it was right in front with a fresh car wash and full tank of gas!!
