I have been getting maintenance done on my '07 Saturn Ion since I moved to Seattle in '09. I find Seaview Buick to be fast, efficient, honest and professional. Tonya is smart about cars, down-to-earth, and professional. She kept me informed of everything, asked what I wanted and helped me save money with items I didn't need done right away. I really appreciate that. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly/lighthearted. I've had a couple of what I call "weird" problems in the past and they helped me with all of them and I DO appreciate it. Two thumbs up!

Great efficient honest service
I bought a used Buick Enclave . Steve and Britta were great to work with. They wrote up offers on two cars .One 2017 , one 2014. Monthly payments made our decision. There was a tiny scratch on the car I bought. Steve had it buffed out ! I really appreciate the efficient service. I dread buying cars. I will always recommend Seaview Chevrolet in the future. Painless and I love my new car.

Do not trust
When my check engine light came on, I took my Yukon Denali to the service department. After having my car for two days I received a call saying there were problems with my transmission and so far my total was $240.... just for them to tell me that, not including the cost of the rental car I was driving. Two more days passed and they said that my transmission was shot and that I would need a whole new transmission. They came to this conclusion by telling me that after taking off my pan, there were debris present. At the cost of almost $6,000, before the cost of the rental I still had, they could fix it. Feeling unsettled by this, I took my car to another shop hoping for a lower price for a transmission swap. After having my car for one hour, they told me that the pan had not been taken off previously, and that when they did take it off, they found no debris. What was wrong, was a switch in my transmission and they could swap this switch for $300 (parts and labor). I had my car back that same day, only spending the $300 + tax. I have had my car back for a month now, with no further issues. Be cautious when coming to this shop for service- they are not looking for your best interest, but your money.

Great experience buying used car
I hate buying cars but this time was different. Rob was straight forward and listened to my needs - no up-selling or pushiness. He was willing to work with me on timing of the purchase and price. And the lifetime powertrain warrantee provides some piece of mind on a used car purchase. Next time I am looking for a new or used car I will stop at Seaview first and talk to Rob.

Purchase of used Jeep Wrangler
These folks are down-to-earth, sincere, knowledgeable, and certainly subscribe to a low pressure paradigm. My experience with Rob and Joe was nothing less than stellar. I truly appreciated the opportunity to purchase a great vehicle from a great dealership, and backed by a lifetime power/drivetrain warranty for no extra charge, one would have to be completely negligent to go anywhere else for their transportation needs. Best place to buy a truck.
Came in on 08-12-17 just to look at trucks. Andy and Joe worked with us and we drove home in our new truck!! Very friendly and polite staff. I will differently recommend them to my family and friends. They made the experience wonderful and stress free. Happy driving my new truck back to Ferndale WA?

My best new car purchase--ever!
I've never been more pleased purchasing a new car. At age 73, I've bought many new cars and trucks. Without a doubt, This was the best purchase experience I have ever had. It's all about the people. This is actually a Mom & Pop dealership. And pop works there. Maybe that is why this purchase went so well. I must give credit to Joe (manager), Kathe (especially), and Brandon (well respected).

I felt treated like family
I'm 73 years old. I've bought many cars and trucks in my life. My experience with Seaview was the best ever. As an old-school guy, I am very familiar with the old reputations of car dealers. I'm always skeptical when approaching a car dealer for sales or service. I was pleasantly surprised at the no nonsense, friendly, courteous, and fair treatment I received. Simply put: these folks are great!
