Bought a Sierra SLT - loaded with options

Steve is great to work with!! He helped us to find the truck we were looking for at a price within our budget. We are very happy with the truck, our payment, the final price etc. We will definitely return to Seaview for our next vehicle purchase.

Quality service at it's finest

Seaview Buick GMC

It is because of the service department, that I purchased my Buick Verano at Seaview. They are very very good.

Very pleasant experience A+++++

Bill C was very helpful in completing the deal we wanted. We got fair value for our trade-in, and left with a nice truck that fits our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend Seaview, and Bill C to anyone looking for a hassle free car/truck buying experience. First Car

Everyone at Seaview have been absolutely amazing. A few weeks ago we had to return a truck my grandfather had bought due to his unfortunate passing and they took it back with no questions asked while giving us almost a full refund. Then yesterday my grandmother and I went to return an additional key to that truck that we found and ended up getting showed the car of my dreams by Patrick: a rose pink 2013 Chevy Spark. It’s such a gorgeous little car and I’m so happy to say it’s all mine! I unfortunately can’t pick it up until the 25th of January when I get my license but Patrick and the rest of his team were totally understanding and, after we made the initial deposit, were more than willing to hold it in the back of the dealership with a sold sign so everyone knew it was spoken for. This was my first car buying experience and honestly after this one I may never go to another dealer ever!

Slow service

I always make an appointment for oil or service here and despite that the check in time is always a 15 minute process and the wait time for oil change always over an hour. SLOW! Speed up the process!!!

Take your vehicle elsewhere

Service department- all three individuals of which I had contact were Rude. Never will I take either of our Chevy vehicles for service here again. Your team needs to go to customer service training. Unfriendly and not helpful. We have a 4 other makes of vehicles, dealerships on the same highway that provide outstanding service. Shocked.
