work needed still
needed oils change and rattle in dash bolt loose at air bag 2 1/2 hours later say they cant do rattle need more time to bring car back on a tuesday or wednesday to have it looked at not sure how long will have to wait for that

What a great turn around in the service department
I stopped going to this dealership for my service because it was horrible. Every time I took it in they would break something on my car. This time was totally different. I called up, they got be right in, and was out within less than an hour. They even took care of the warrant work without having to make another appointment! They even had WiFi so I could work while waiting for my car!

Waste of time
Went in and looked at Jeep. Was unable to meet monthly payments and asked how much more of a downpayment I would have to come up with to lower the monthly payments to an amount I could afford in the long run. I was willing to save another two-three months, but they wanted the sale immediately. They did some magic with the numbers and suddenly it was almost as low as I wanted the monthly payment amount. Until it came time to sign the papers ... now instead of making 72 payments, we were looking at 83 payments. Some business model.

Excellent Service Delivered On-Time and on Budget
I've just moved into Torrance from Long Beach, and stopped by yesterday morning to introduce myself and schedule a service appointment for my Jeep with Jeremy Battat. He actually got my vehicle in yesterday. I was very impressed at the way in which Jeremy listened to me explain my service needs, and how readily he understood the points/issues that needed to be done. He followed up via phone with additional info regarding work that needed to be done, and then delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule and completely within the budget he had estimated. I'm obviously very pleased, and you now have a very happy and loyal customer!

Superb service
I followed Jeremy Battat from Buerge Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge in West L.A. because it is hard to find someone whom I trust and is easily accessible. Jeremy's service is always A+, and keeps me informed of the progress of my car's repairs and any other problems I have. I must say that I was very impressed that the labor involved in changing my HID headlight was about $40-50 less than what I was quoted by Pep Boys and Le Mans Body Shop in Santa Monica - I wasn't prepared for that.
