We got the biggest lemon of a car from Auto Max in Orem! Even though we had a “warranty” we still were responsible for getting an entire new engine when it died within a few months of purchasing. Many thousands of dollars in repairs later, we have never been more frustrated with a car!!

We searched a 500 mi radius for a specific model/options and found what we were looking for here. The car had the lowest price and nearly the lowest mileage of those we found. Clint was friendly, funny and fair to deal with. We were in and out in less than an hour. We've only had the car a week but no surprises so far. Easiest car buying experience we've had (once the lengthy internet search was through).

Eric was fantastic to work with. Offered us many options. We purchased a car and couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend Automaxx and will be going back.

Bought a 2 year old minivan from Marcos Paz at the Orem lot. He did not tell me that it had been in a hailstorm and had been repainted. The owner, Steve Martin said basically, too bad no returns; seemingly once they have your money they are done with you. While the dealership may be complying with Utah’s notably lax and flimsy so-called consumer protection regulations, they are clearly not acting in best good faith. I paid market value for a car that was in-fact damaged (and should have then sold for less) and that fact was concealed from me.

Clint is really easy to work with. No pressure to purchase a vehicle. I had gone to several dealers before going to AUTOMAXX. I'm pleased with my purchase.

We went in to help our 18 year old buy a car and Eric and Clint couldn’t have been more helpful! They gave my son a great deal on the car he wanted and the whole process went quick and smooth. (And Eric’s nice smile/dimples were an added bonus! ;-) ) We’ll definitely come back next time we’re car shopping.

After a bad experience from a big dealer down the street, stopping in here for a great deal and being treated like a king, was a big relief. The experience I had with them reassured me that not all car salesmen are dishonest and sneaky.(like down the street) I will be back to buy vehicles in the future and be sending anyone that asks about buying a used car their way. Thank you for the peace of mind.
