Mark Dunagan kept things rolling. I had him measuring trunks, and pulling out different colors to take pictures of, my wife wasn't with me. He even went and got a five gallon water jug to see if it would fit in the trunk of a Camry, and we bought a RAV4. I brought a book, but didn't really get much read. Very impressed with my salesman Mark Dunagan to the whole staff that moved things smoothly!

Dealership Review
This is a review for our salesperson (Mark Harris). Mark was very accommodating to have us test drive their vehicle even though we told him we were not going to make a purchase yet until we test drive another vehicle from a rival dealership. However, when we asked about potential prices, we were disappointed when he told us that he was reluctant to engaged us in an initial negotiation until we test drive the rival vehicle. Not in so many words, his fear was that we will use the information to ask for a better deal from the rival dealership. I was about to write off our encounter with the toyota dealership as a bust and move on to the honda dealership, lucky for him and for us, my wife insisted that she sees the numbers. Once we saw the numbers and Mark started to work his magic as a salesman, we knew we can make a deal. I’m giving a five star to him and the dealership because we are very much satisfied with the deal that we made. We were able to purchase the number one vehicle in our list and came away from the deal with substantially less monthly payment than we budgeted for. Mark and the sales manager worked with us to make it happen.

Good Job Lithia and Aaron!
I have bought cars several times before and always had trouble with service thereafter from the dealer. NOT LITHIA! Every time I have come in for routine service they have been wonderful. If I have a problem, it is fixed immediately, no questions asked. Richard in the service department knows his job and is great! That is why I am a repeat customer! Our salesman, Aaron Coker has been our seller both times. We came back to him for the next car because he is a wonderful young man. He knows his product and explains everything. And how many times have you had a salesman call you to see if everything is OK with your vehicle??? Aaron does! We will be back for the next vehicle!!!

For being my first time ever buying a car I really was pretty happy when I was able to walk out of there with exactly I got the car I wanted and for a decent rate as well I don’t think I could had done that with any other dealership to be honest. And the people I worked with were really great they made me feel comfortable with getting the car and even had called after I got it to see how I like it so far shows that they really care.

Outstanding purchasing experience for 2018 Toyota Tundra
I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra CrewMax 4WD through Shan Newton, Internet Sales Manager, with Lithia Toyota. Since I live over four hours from Abilene, the entire process was accomplished through email, text, and a couple of phone calls. During our negotiations, Mr. Newton promptly provided answers to my questions, pictures, and video to ensure I was totally informed about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was very honest and straightforward on the pricing, and despite my absence from the area for two weeks, Mr. Newton maintained contact and furnished updates on Toyota incentives; facilitating a sale soon after my return to Texas.
