When I bought my truck I told the salesman exactly what I was looking for and he tracked that truck down for me. Then when some kids in the neighborhood spray painted the tailgate I rushed it to the dealer and the same salesman and some of the others cleaned the paint off without marring the paint job. The service department gets my truck in to be worked on within a short time. If there is any question as to what I have described and what the mechanic understands I get a call from the shop foreman and I get to speak to the mechanic myself. I trust these guys.... they don't have you do unnecessary things to your vehicle just to make money.

I try and get my oil changed at a more opportune time when your dealership is not backed up with customers. And when do, the service is great and prompt. The service manager the goes over my invoice and explains everything that was performed. That's good. Thanks!
