Salesman worked together well and were knowledgeable. When we came back the second day, our salesman was busy so another one stepped in to help and they were both agreeable to that. Didn't feel pressured into a deal. Options were offered.

My 2016 Prius had a recall. I entered my service request online and received a confirmation email from Isaac. We discussed what I needed done besides the recall and Isaac scheduled everything for me. I dropped my car off and he called me when it was done. I picked my car up and Isaac explained all the work they completed. Very happy with the service both I and my Prius received.
