Bought a 2016 Tundra that had a very bad vibration in the front end. Dealer gave me a promissory letter stating they would fix it. They told me that it was done a week later and claimed they put 2 new tires on the front. The first time I drove it the front end no longer vibrated, now the whole rear of the truck was vibrating. Suspect all they did was rotate front tires to the rear. Twice I called about the problem and twice was told they would get 4 new tires and call me. Month and a half latter and nothing. Could not continue driving on the highway the way it was, so purchased 4 new cooper tires and resolved problem. This dealer does not follow through with promises or commitments. Will never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything.

I do NOT love VIVA Chevrolet, they ripped me off with a smile and LIED to me and my wife. They will promise you anything to make the sale , I waited OVER a month just to get my owners manual in order to figure out several things they wouldn't help w AFTER the sale and several other coupons and Gifts we still haven't received, almost 1 yr now and I'm still waiting. Paid obverse $75k for this ? Yup

Dealership Financial department screw me over big time. They took advantage of me because I was naïve. My credit and savings are destroyed. They fill me up with lies, now I’m paying the price. I will continue to write bad reviews so no one will for what I have been through

Financial office, they screw me over my monthly payment because of the extended warranty. They promised me that my monthly payment will go down knowing that it would be impossible after 6 months. The guy convince me by writing a bunch of numbers in a paper. I felt for it. I have evidences on how they screw me. They refused to do anything, they refuse to speak to me. Very dishonest. They screw me so bad that my credit is damaged. I will continue to speak bad about this car dealership in every media, so no one will go through what I have gone through. I cannot believe Estella Casas is a spoke person for this dishonest dealership.
