I don't love viva
I do NOT love VIVA Chevrolet, they ripped me off with a smile and LIED to me and my wife. They will promise you anything to make the sale , I waited OVER a month just to get my owners manual in order to figure out several things they wouldn't help w AFTER the sale and several other coupons and Gifts we still haven't received, almost 1 yr now and I'm still waiting. Paid obverse $75k for this ? Yup

Dealership Financial department screw me over big time.
Dealership Financial department screw me over big time. They took advantage of me because I was naïve. My credit and savings are destroyed. They fill me up with lies, now I’m paying the price. I will continue to write bad reviews so no one will for what I have been through

Very dishonest Financial Office
Financial office, they screw me over my monthly payment because of the extended warranty. They promised me that my monthly payment will go down knowing that it would be impossible after 6 months. The guy convince me by writing a bunch of numbers in a paper. I felt for it. I have evidences on how they screw me. They refused to do anything, they refuse to speak to me. Very dishonest. They screw me so bad that my credit is damaged. I will continue to speak bad about this car dealership in every media, so no one will go through what I have gone through. I cannot believe Estella Casas is a spoke person for this dishonest dealership.

Received terrible service all together my reps Daniel and Miguel I was going back and forward with them about a approval that I received they we’re trying to give me the truck the Nissan Titan with 3k miles listed then online but that’s another story for another day im calling like can we do the same process for another vehicle their saying it was a one in done? Never heard that it clearly wasn’t true they were trying to put me in some BS crazy how dealerships try to f over the soldiers truck bed had ton of scratches and the back up camera was broken not to mention it was clean they were say It was because I had low credit

Horrible
More than 3 months with my vehicle. Terrible mechanics, picked up vehicle, under warranty. Problem not fixed, then they said they fixed the wrong thing. Now new bill is $4,500. I said I will pay but will check with attorney regarding the warranty. They said "Come and pick it up we are not going to fix it." I called their director who won't even return my calls. Talk about "customer service."

Poor service and very unprofesional they dnt care!
Customer service is awful!!! My truck was never fixed,or maybe not even looked at!! Still has the same prolem!! I just hope my truck doesn't stall on me!!

It took too long for a simple tire repair . I was not notified on the daily progress of repair . Up to date progress and notificatio not very resposible .

Terrible Serice Department
They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks, nothing done, I don't even know what is wrong with it or how much it is going to cost. Liars giving me the run-around. Then they hang-up phone when I call and can't get through. Do not recommend.

Pues mi opinion sobre este dealer es muy pobre.de toda la gente que trabaja alli dan muy mal servicio y me arrepiento de aver comprado alli mi pickup, que no siquiera me la quisieron lavar,asi puras escusas.no compren qlli nada bo se los recommend.

Y del servicio en lo que se refiere alas licenses plate ,ya tengo 2 meses y yo creo algo hicieron mal porque todavia no me llegan. Ahora no puedo mover mi pickup porque ya se me vencio el permiso que me dieron y les marco para preguntar y la muchacha que contesta en ese department me s Dio muy despota casi caso me dijo que no este fregando entonces pues todo es malo alli.
