I bought a suburban from pruitt, they fought the carpet was soaking wet when I looked at it but they ensured me there was no leak and it was just because they had the carpets clean the day before, lo and behold it does leak and now the back of my suburban is so wet that it has started to mold, thanks pruitt

Very pleasant experience! He was upfront and honest over the phone ( I drove an hour from Chesapeake ). I've been eying his cars over the years and finally had the opportunity to purchase a clean Acura from him. Was greeted with the keys and a handshake to check the vehicle in and out. I had a pre-approved check. He had the paperwork ready to go when I returned from the test drive. I strongly recommend the ride out whether from Richmond or VA Beach!

today my girlfriend and i purchased her first vehicle. we drove all the way from virginia beach because of the unbeatable deal on a 2011 hyundai sonata. the process was extremely easy and paul was very trusting. on our first visit to test drive the vehicle he did not even attempt to give a cheesy sales pitch or even sell us at all. the car was in excellent condition as advertised. The dealership is also in excellent condition and gives a very welcoming feeling, it was as if i we were visiting an old friend. The test drive went amazing and what was even more surprising is paul allowed us to look at the vehicle without constant annoying sales talk. he just gave us the key and left us alone to inspect everything ourselves, he didn't even go through all the precautions when allowing someone to test drive. I had to go ask him if he was ready to do some kind of paper work for us to go and he laughed and said "i trust you". I mean really good guy. There was a small discrepancy when buying but when you pay in cash you really have worries on both sides and it could of happened to anyone, the process was so easy and fast it felt like we did not even buy the car. My girlfriend is in love with the car and when I am ready to purchase my new car i will be sure to check in with paul first!

I just wanted to thank Mr. Pruitt and Pruitt Automotive for a great deal on my new Dodge Challenger. I saw the car online and call to set up a time to come see the car. The car was very nice and there were no surprises. After I drove the car I asked Mr. Pruitt for his best price, he gave it to me (which was less than any of the other 4 Challengers I looked at) and I bought the car.
