Dealer did not contact me to let me know if the vehicle was available or if I had any questions about the vehicle. Rather poor customer service.

We just bought a 2003 Dodge Ram from Mr. Pruitt. This is the third car we have bought from him in less than three years. What impressed us most is that he does not get his cars from auctions. All three cars we bought from him were local cars. He prices his cars low and does not charge a processing fee. This is a small dealer that is as professional and a big new car dealer. We will buy from Pruitts again. thank you

We were looking for a truck for over two months. We found a 2007 Dodge Ram at Pruitt online. We called to set up a time to come see it. The truck looked better in person that in did online and Mr. Pruitt gave us a price that beat every other one we had looked at. They also dont charge a processing fee. This is a very good place to buy a used car. Thank you!

Pruitt Automotive is how buying a car, or anything, for that matter should be. I was in an exhausting search for the right vehicle for my wife. I live in Chesterfield Virginia which is about an hour and fifteen minutes from Pruitt's and an hour south of Fredericksburg Virginia. I test drove cars from my area all the way to Fredericksburg but couldn't find the right combination of price and quality car. I happened on Pruitt Autos site and saw what I eventually purchased. I contacted Paul Pruitt via email and thus began an endless barrage of questions from me. He took each one in stride and gave me thorough honest answers. I was upfront about the vehicles I was looking for and he actually took the time to send me review links and provided an honest assessment of each. Because of his honesty I made the drive and found a car that met every one of my needs. The buying process was zero stress with a more than helpful assistant. It was like buying a car from a family member. At the end of the day we have a quality vehicle at more than a fair price. Pruitt Automotive will be my first stop and most likely my last every time I look for a vehicle.

Last Saturday we went shopping for a used car for my daughter. We had a list of several we wanted to look at. Two in Gloucester and two in Williamsburg. The first one we looked at was at Pruitt Automotive. Since it was our first stop, we thought we should look at others even though this one seemed to be the one. Well after all day shopping at looking at not so nice vehicles and dealing with sales people that didnt seem to know what they were talking about. We went back to Pruitt's and dealt directly with the owner. He answered all of our questions, showed us the history report and gave us a great price with no back and forth. Mr. Pruitt's vehicles were much cleaner than all the others we looked at. Also, there was no processing fee and that was a pretty big thing to us. We will go back to see Mr. Pruitt the next time we are in the market.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. The selection is great and the prices are beyond reasonable. I'm very happy with the vehicle I bought and it was very clean inside and out. Mr. Pruitt is a very honest person and will always have my business. Thanks for a great vehicle and a wonderful buying experience!

We traded a vehicle last month for a vehicle of the same mileage and condition ,the car we got had a few issues ,but these were taken care of promptly,a couple of days later,,my wife was in pain from driving this car,she liked the car,but the seats did not agree with her medical problems,wshe took the car back,and explained to the owner,Paul Pruitt,that the car wasn't going to work out,after several test of different vehicles,we did find one that worked for her,this car was a little more than what we traded in,how ever,Paul did get her in this car at an even trade,just want to say,thank you Pruitt automotive for your patience,ill will gladly recommend Pruitt to anyone in the market,prices seem fair,service was excellent,and understanding is priceless!..thanks again!

I drove from Virginia Beach and it was well worth it. Through every step of the process I was dealt with honestly and respectfully. Quite a difference from most dealerships.
