Best service in Livingston County!

I am so thankful for your friendly staff and willingness to help your customers. The service team there truly appreciates their customers, from Kyler checking me in to Bill who gave me a ride. I wish I knew the name of the guy who preformed the service to give him accolades as well. Honestly, after a couple of bad experiences with Brighton Ford, I was not excited about the Ford brand. Service in a dealership is paramount in retaining customers and making them want to be life long customers. I have a renewed faith in Ford after coming to you for my Explorers maintenance and service. The facilities will improve drastically when the construction is complete.

I love my car and my salesman!

Overall my experience purchasing my 2014 Edge SEL was a very positive one. However, there was one sticking point. Once my salesman Al and I located a vehicle with the desired attributes it was very difficult to get the vehicle to the dealership so that I could actually purchase it. At first I was told on Tuesday it would be there between Thursday and Saturday. Then I was told the beginning of the next week. During that week I called several times. Finally on Thursday, I called Al and told him that I needed to get the car by Monday or I would take my business elsewhere. Within an hour Al called me back and said that Mr. Maxey had gotten involved and my deadline would be met. Throughout this entire process the transportation company was being blamed for delays. Finally, late Friday afternoon the vehicle arrived. I test drove it Saturday and picked it up Monday. It was just a shame that the time delays were such an issue. The vehicle was already manufactured and sitting on a lot. It had already been designated as Bob Maxey inventory before I even became interested in it. How come once it was sold there was no sense of urgency to get the goods to the customer and the inventory off the dealer's books? Throughout all of this Al was very polite and apologetic. I love the car. I have been impressed with all of the staff I have encountered at the dealership. It was only my loyalty and respect for Al that kept me from going to another dealership.

Mr

It was a absolute joy doing business with Brian Waldo,he is a real professional.How ever Mr.Moon on the other hand never once said Hi or thank me for my business.

Great Dealership/Service Center

We went in because our Ford C-Max had some repairs that needed to be done. We currently have 2 cars - the C-Max and a 2012 Ford Mustang GT. Until this spring, my husband had a work car we never had vehicle issues, but he has retired and moved on to another job that does not give him a company car which means that in a couple months, when the temps fall and the snow starts flying, the Mustang is going into storage as usual. While we were there, we started looking at some of the promotions you had on leases and decided to take a closer look at the Escape. We wanted something that was roomy enough to fit a large dog crate, but still comfortable for humans. We wanted something that got decent gas mileage. We needed a lower monthly payment. We worked with Mr. Waldo and told him what our needs were and he helped us find something that fit our lifestyle and our budget. We really didn't plan on buying/leasing a car that day, but the price was right and the vehicle is perfect. We've only had the Escape for a week, but we love it already. Our experience was wonderful - everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The car was cleaned up and ready to go within about 2 hours (give or take) of our decision to lease, and the financial paperwork was ready as well. Our C-Max took a few extra days to fix - there was a spring or a strut that needed replacement (warranty issue) and that had to be ordered. Our Service Advisor, Billy Oatman, kept us apprised of what was going on so that we weren't left wondering. He made sure we didn't need our vehicle back immediately for anything and would have made arrangements with us if we did. We felt like more than just customers - we felt like our business truly is appreciated and valued. When it's time to buy/lease a new vehicle, we will be back and we will find Mr. Waldo. We are happy customers!

Taurus repair

We had the Taurus in for a license plate light recall and also a transmission problem. So far the transmission problem seems to be corrected and the recall was handled also. We were given a loaner since we have only one vehicle. Very pleased.
