Your service department took care of my concerns about the interior lights going on and off on their own because of contacts on doors needed cleaning, and was not the result of installing the cabinet filter. When I first complained your rep called me and advised a wire may have came loose.

Service was good, Personal were very helpful
Experience was good, however I purchased an extended warranty for 100,000 miles. My Edge has 105,000 when I brought it in, Maxey or Ford would not budge on the repair of the Tie Rod that needed replacing. I WILL look at other vehicles on my next purchase!!! NOT THAT IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO MAXEY FORD OR THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY.

Kyler is super friendly and knowledgeable! I had a lot of work done to my 2006 Expedition and didn't receive the run around. My vehicle was done when they said it would be and I was given a loaner car to use while mine was in the shop! The service manager responded to my email request for service estimate quicker than I expected and quoted me exactly what I asked for! I will certainly use Bob Maxey Ford for all future service!

Mitchell Glapa - incredible, knowledgeable, superb
My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience looking for and purchasing a new vehicle than with Mitchell Glapa at Bob Maxey Ford of Howell! My husband had the unfortunate experience in our 8+-year-old , 2005, Focus Sedan of coming into contact with an 8 pt buck; the buck won. While we did not know whether or not we may be new-car shopping, we had the hunch that we would be. On Thursday, November 7, 2013, the day of the accident, a gentleman at Enterprise Car Rental suggested that if we were to visit Bob Maxey Ford of Howell, from which we purchased our three previous vehicles, we should speak with Mitchell Glapa; Mitchell Glapa clearly then has an outstanding presence and repution in our community; and we did speak with him. He was very calm, courteous, knowledgeable, and unassuming as we inquired and voiced our preferences in terms of the car: a Focus Hatchback, a manual transmission, color, and so forth. He then discussed and reviewed prices and the special deals that were being offered, including the 0% financing that we selected. Mitchell never once pushed anything on us or tried to sell us anything in which were were not interested but, instead, just listened and matched our every wish and request - WOW! On Monday, November 11, we received confirmation late in the day that our car would in fact be totaled - repairs exceeded the resale value. The very next morning / early afternoon, Mitchell had already located the vehicle that we purchased, AND we were ecstatic about and more than willing to pay the little extra for the winter package, (heated seats, all-weather floor mats, and heated side mirrors), that this Focus Hatchback also included! When absolutely brilliant service comes to mind, Mitchell Glapa is equivalent to it - DOUBLE WOW!! Then, on Tuesday, it was a matter of obtaining a title at the Secretary of State's Office, after which Mitchell was not only available, as he always was for our inquiries, but in regard to which he also assisted. I simply stopped by the dealership to confirm that we would also need a letter from Ford, which stated that we had paid in full for our previous Focus. He actually took it upon himself to call Ford to request such documentation, and he remained in contact with us every step of the way thru receipt of it on Wednesday! Thursday, November 14, we took possession of our new 2014 Focus Hatchback, assisted throughout the whole process by an always enthusiastic Mitch! Mitchell Glapa is an exceptional member of Bob Maxey Ford's staff and someone who simply cannot be beat! Thank you very very much, Mitch!!
