One of the best decisions we have ever made. The salesman Al Sibilla was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the Ford Fusion SE. We are still learning about all the perks the car has to offer. Would recommend Bob Maxey Ford of Howell!!

We flew in from Minnesota to purchase a truck here. Al Sibilla was the sales consultant that I had been in contact with and he was very honest and straightforward with the information he gave to me about the truck I was interested in(we love the truck). Larry picked us up at the motel he was prompt, and very nice my husband and I enjoyed his stories! We can't say enough about Bob Maxey Ford everyone had smiles on their face and a great atmosphere! Was well worth the the inconvenience of sitting on a cold plane and 2 flights canceled. We would definitely come back for another vehicle!

Don’t trust anyone
Took over 3 months on a simple insurance claim and missed some stuff then expected me to pay for it. $2200 plus deductible. Poor customer service and shop techs have a huge lack of knowledge.
