2023 Dodge Charger

Andy was my salesperson and was great at sending me updates on my preorder car. When the car arrived, I told Andy that I didn?t want any of the plastic taken off or it to be washed and Andy really listened unlike other dealerships. I highly recommend Dodge Auto Nation.

I dropped my Durango at the dealer on October 25 and got

I dropped my Durango at the dealer on October 25 and got it back on January 26. I know that the delay was because of the transmission was deliry late, but the the most difficulty was the communication. I called the dealwer and dropped a message and no one called me back. I texted but the answers were horrible: no answer for weeks. Sometimees IO had to stop by the dealewr to know about the news.

21-2500RamTruck

Scheduled oil-change, tire rotation and recall work on Friday and got in on Monday. We have the AutoNation Service plan but failed to mention and the CSR failed to double check before we checked out. We did not have any verbal communication with the team, just text messages. After we were charged full-price, I questioned the charges the tech looked up our account and applied our service plan and promptly refunded about 70% of the charges. We paid for the filters that needed to be replaced which were not included in our plan. Just remember to put in the notes when scheduling or at any time during any communication if you have purchased the service plan. Other then this minor sanfu, service has always been great.
