AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe

I have never received such loyal, amazing service from a dealer before. Because I had done every recommended service, oil change, tire rotation, and more, Arapahoe Dodge, from the men in the service dept. to the management at the top, rewarded me with loyalty in return. My transmission went out under warranty last year and then a different part of it went out again this year when I was not under warranty. This dealer went the extra mile and repaired it under warranty anyway. Because of the respectful way I was treated by everyone involved, the good communication on how long the repair would take to complete, the calls from management and service checking on me, and the fact they honored their brand name and covered this repair I WILL buy my next truck from them and tell everyone I know what a respectable dealership they are. Arapahoe Dodge has workers and management with integrity and hard-working people. I definitely recommend them!

I purchased my car from here. They take care of me each time I come and get my oil changed and they do a good job.

I had come to this location or 1/7/2023 because three of the lug bolts had broken on the left front wheel. I was assisted by Chad and he me that they would look into the situation. He called me on 1/9/23 and told me what they had to do. They repaired the problem and he called me on 1/10/23 to pick up my vehicle. Chad was very professional in solving my problem.

We bought our car from this location 6 years ago but we never have used the service department because it's so far from where we live. We don't have and autonation dodge in Thornton where we live. So we have always taken our vehicles by us to Larry H Miller dodge, Nissan they are the most horrible places we hate going there and we have tried all the locations and they are all bad. No matter our reviews or others bad reviews they don't change. So this is our first time using Autonation Dodge Aurora for our services and it was great. We dropped of our car the night before our appointment was at 7:45am. I got a text confirmation from William before 7am. He was on it. I expressed my needs and all of them where done and over expected customer service you just don't see anymore. He text me every couple hours with updates and my car was fixed before the end of the day. William addressed any and all concerns I had and was very polite even when I was testy as customers can be he handled me very well and made sure I was happy. I wish there where more of William out there, many could learn from him.

AutoNation Dodge is AMAZING. From the time I arrived every staff member that passed me said hello. Very pleasant. I had made an Appointment and Robert and Jesse from the sales team did a wonderful job getting the right used car for me.

I typically do not write reviews, but felt I needed to note great customer service by Mike Hoffman. We met and discussed my needs and about 2 hours later I drove home in a new car that has been fantastic.

The buying process was great and my salesman was very nice. The service is another story. Although the staff I met with was very there were issues. I Scheduled my new truck for a bed liner, mud flaps, and running boards install. I was told the running boards were in when I dropped the truck off but they called me later to tell me they were on back order and said it would be weeks to get them in. They had them until they didn’t. So my advice is to make sure you have incontrovertible evidence that the stuff you need is in hand before having your vehicle serviced.

We bought a car for my son and Andy Dang was exceptional. We found a first car for him and Andy was courteous, professional and gave us a couple laughs along the way
