I took my police package 2013 Dodge Charger in for oil

I took my police package 2013 Dodge Charger in for oil change, brakes and general checkup. The service center found several items in need of attention. During the repair process I was always kept up to date on when as happening, the estimated costs, and time. At no time was I pressured to buy any parts or services I did not want or need. Due to the time of year (Christmas Holiday) and a heavy winter storm the repairs took a bit longer. The team at AutoNation kept me updated with texts messages (the communication method I requested. I do plan on using this service center for further maintenance and repairs.

I took my minivan for an oil change.

I took my minivan for an oil change. My bad, I did not ask how much first. When I went to pay for the oil change, only oil change, $160! I have had oil changes done at other Autonation dealer, never was charged $160 for an oil change. After I got home, I went to the dealership's website and there was a coupon for $74 oil change.

I requested to change out my 2021 Dodge Charger halogen

I requested to change out my 2021 Dodge Charger halogen headlights to LED bulbs and check out my transmission and was told the first appointment would not be available until February 2023. I also requested thru Cheyene to please tell the service person to be sure to check the tire pressure while rotating the tires. After waiting two hours for the oil change, I took a trip with my wife to the mountains. After leaving the restaurant for dinner, upon starting the car, the tire pressure dashboard lite was on. I move the dash display to the tire readout for pressure to find all four tires read different numbers, from 29 PSI down to 24 PSI, which left my Wife and I in a dangerous situation. I cannot find a location that has a properly working tire pressure pump. I will have to risk driving my car back to your Arapahoe location to resolve this situation.

Auto nation dodge is a decent dealership. Mike Hoffman was great to work with and I highly recommend him. Make sure you see him to buy your next car.
