I took one of my Ram trucks in for service. Dave the GM went above and beyone to make sure my truck was serviced in a timely manner. Bill in the service department was available for question and updates.

After pricing tires at known tire shops i remembered the
After pricing tires at known tire shops i remembered the signs at Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe “buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar”. So I called. Troy handle my call and quoted a price which included a 4 wheel alignment for the exact tires I wanted. The quote was about $200 cheaper than the other quotes I got that did not include an alignment So I figured I would give them a try. It took approximately 2 hours and Troy kept me up to date as I waited. Troy was very personable and the tech did a great job. Troy, give your tech Kudos for a job well done (Sorry I didn’t get his name). After past bad experiences at well know tire shops I will not waste my time with them any longer unless I absolutely have to.

I have called every single apartment trying to access
I have called every single apartment trying to access information about a repair on my car. Nobody is answering in the services department, and when I call other departments they just transfer the call…and then that person doesn’t pick up. These guys suck! I wouldn’t have chosen this place if I had known how lazy they were.

Torey was amazing!
Torey was amazing! He got my truck in the same day I called by passing my scheduled "next available appointment" (scheduled 3 weeks later)...due to my urgent situation and leaking oil. He was so kind and congenital and has great customer service skills. They even cleaned my under carriage and running boards which were caked with mud. What a pleasant stress free experience . Thank you Torey...you rock dude!
