I recently purchased a used vehicle from Autonation Dodge Arapahoe and had a bad experience. Through the entire purchase process I was told that my used car came with a 4 month/3,000 mile warranty. After we did the paperwork to complete the purchase I was told that they had made a mistake and that there was no warranty with my car because it was 11 years old. This is after being told 3 or 4 times that it came with a warranty. The window sticker said it came with a warranty. What BS.

Purchased my second new RAM from AutoNation, Dodge on Arapaho in 3 years. Both times I have had an excellent experience. Rebecca my sales person was good and the sales manager David was very attentive and worked with me considerably. But Bob the finance guy really made it happen for me. I almost went a different direction had it not been for him. Thanks to all, see you next time

I have been looking for a vehicle for quite some time now. I did the online contact me thing.... Rebekah from Dodge AutoNation emailed me as well as the Finance Manager, Dave. They were very positive that they could help me out, and so I went in to look. I was very weary due to my credit and current situation. But what the heck, worse case senario, they say "No". Right away everyone greeted me, I found my representative and took a seat. She introduced herself as Rebekah and also introduced Wendell, the new employee in training. The two of them were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. We chatted, Rebekah found a couple of vehicles for me to choose from and that's when I felt it was "all about me" Wendell and Rebekah were very polite, professional, attentive to my needs. They were able to answer all my questions. From the start to finish, from meeting Rebekah and Wendell, finding a vehicle to meet the manager, Dave, to closing my deal with Dan. Every person on the team was fabulous, worked magic unlike anyone I dealt with before to get me into something safe for me and my children. There is NO DOUBT that I have found the one dealership that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Family, friends and anyone else I able to! Rebekah was awesome! Really knowledgeable and not high pressure whatsoever. She made us feel at ease and that we were purchasing a car within our means. The dealership has great options, it's clean and everyone is friendly. We're so excited to be walking away with a great car!

I was in the market for a 2017 Ram 2500 and they had exactly what I was looking for. I told them when I could come down and they were right there for me when they said they would, the truck was as good as promised, they took my trade in car... everything was as expected, no glitches. It was as good experience at a dealership as I've ever had, and I've bought multiple new cars.

Dodge and Ram Auto Nation Arapahoe has a Great Customer Service and their Facilities are great as well. Our overall satisfacton was great and I totally recommend this place for buying a car. Our sales representative was kind and very helpful, she gave us a great deal and took good care of us.

Steve Mehrian was the best salesmen I have worked with. I looked at the truck two weeks earlier, and was not bothered by calls from Steve. When I finished my shopping around I went back to see Steve and bought the truck. Never felt pressured by Steve he took his time and answered all my question ? I did fell like the finance person really pushed a extended warranty on me. Told him no twice but keep on till his boss told me he would fit it in the finance rate with the bank.
