Good Buying Experience - not the best though

Not the fastest buying experience I have had, but there are some accommodations. One downside is that the specific dealership I was at in Arapahoe only had one available place to charge your phone, so make sure you have a good charge because you will be sitting there for many hours. I was told my car would be detailed before pick up and it wasn't (I was buying used), but I was given a full tank of gas and I was appreciative of that. I liked buying the car and my salesman was able to respond to texts very quickly while I waited for my transfer to complete. But, I was not able to pick up my car during business hours because the person who had sold me the car was not there....didn't enjoy that, and the total of $60+ on Ubers to go back home and come back later. The finance department helped me with my application and made sure that I got a lower rate than I was first given. Make sure when you buy that you are fully prepared because maybe you won't have the aid of a person in finance to help you make it through the challenges that you might be presented with from your salesman.

I spoke with Trenton Raitz.

I spoke with Trenton Raitz. I needed an oil change and new tire (it had a nail in it). My sensor light keeps coming on. Trenton had his team set PSI gage to 37 and set sensor light is not broken. Sensor light continues to come on and I'm not sure why. I need Trenton Raitz to contact me and resolve this issue. Trenton did a good job, but not sure why I'm having sensor light problems. Trenton has my number.

Bought a 2023 New Tundra

I have never purchased a new vehicle before. This experience was exciting and expensive. The finance/closer had his ducks in a row by increasing our pre financed by 10k for his smooth transition into closing us with about 10k in extended warranty and service coverage. Overall I got what I wanted and also ended up with what I needed.

Autonation has always been upfront and honest with what

Autonation has always been upfront and honest with what is needed for my Tundra to keep it in good condition. From the time of the sale of my truck 5 years ago to now. I’ve always been treated with respect and taken care immediately. Todd Hoevel was extremely helpful. I explained to him I was leaving out of town and was worried about the breaks and tires. He had everything inspected and went over everything with me. He took the time to explain to me what was needed in the future for me to keep the truck in good running condition. Thank you Autonation Toyota for all you do.

Avg feedback

Expensive repairs, over $2,000. Car was promised in 2hrs when appt made, then I was told most of the day. No call when it was ready, so I ended up having to leave at several days as I was traveling. When I picked it up two days later, it was dirty on the outside. Could?ve been washed for leaving it that long and with that big of a repair.
