I was looking for an Avalon and I found one in their inventory on line. The salesman sent me the information right away and I feel like I got exactly what I was looking for and the car that the salesman e-mailed me about. This was my first experience purchasing a new car from a dealership and it was a very positive experience.

I use this location for all our Highlander maintenance. If the time comes when I need repair work, this will be the location I choose. (Our last two Toyotas racked up about 200,000 miles.)

We were traveling from out of state and needed an oil change and tire rotation. We contacted several other Toyota service centers, neither of which could provide same day service. Auto Nation was able to schedule and provide prompt same day service, and finished the service hours before they promised the work would be completed. They even drove us to a nearby restaurant for lunch via their shuttle servuce. Auto Nation went out of their way for us. We really appreciate the opportunity to meet the Auto Nation team.

They seem to do a good job. I just wish they would wash the car when they finish. Every other dealer I have used does that.

Went in for recall work for leaf springs on my 2007 Tacoma. Went quicker than expected and the new leaf springs seem to be working properly. There was no charge and they didn't try to sell me anything, which I appreciate. Thanks.
