rav4 16 autonation

I recently bought a new RAV4 16 from Auto Nation Toyota. Buying experience was simply excellent. Faheem helped through find a vehicle and answered my questions and explained the feature of the car. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Faheem to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota at Auto Nation.

Autonation Arapahoe Service

Took my Highlander in for 15K mile service and had a good experience. Was greeted right away when entering the service bay on a busy Saturday. My car was ready at 3:30pm as expected.

Car Repairs

I brought in my 2009 Toyota Hybrid in for my 90,000 mile check up and Ben Hibl set up everything. They did a great job and Ben handled everything and made it a great experience.

Great service, finally.

After calling repeatedly over several months and being basically ignored, I finally reached Sam Frakes. He actually listened to my problem regarding several recall notices and getting the run around previously, and made an appointment immediately for the following week to get all the repairs done in one day. I can't tell you what a relief it has been to get all this taken care of, and he even through in my oil change and tire rotation for free. I'll be back, but only if I can do business with Same Frakes!

1999 Toyota Tacoma / AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe

Alex was great! He was very friendly and helpful. I was not very happy with the buying process! I have 2 checking accounts! One account is a bank in Nebraska and the other account was based in Colorado! I decided to write a check from my account in Nebraska and it was refused so I was going to write a check from my Colorado account and the financial adviser told me once the decline a check they will only accept cash or a cashiers check which was inconvenient for me especially since I have good credit!

Fixed my broken 2001 4-runner

My 2001 4-runner blew the radiator as my brother and his granddaughter were headed to NM from Denver last Sunday. 4-runner was towed to dealership by AAA. Chris (service rep) called Monday morning with initial service estimate and was in touch with me throughout the repair process. Work was done in a very timely manner and reasonable cost. I live in north Westminster so the dealership is not close to me. I would, however, recommend them to anyone in the south Denver area.
