AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe

Overall, the only real complaint I have is that it took almost 3 weeks to get the recalled leaf springs into the store. This isn't really a knock on the store, but more on Toyota in general. I understand that this was a national recall, but 3 weeks! Were they being delivered by covered wagon? As for the store and service department, they did a great job fixing everything. Jez DiPaolo had great communication with me and explained everything that was being done. I thought I was having brake problems and problems with my rear axle in addition to the rear leaf springs recall. However, they determined that it was just the driveshaft, still an expensive fix, but cheaper than what I was expecting. Again, the store was good, but Toyota needs to rethink their recall protocols so people don't have to wait 3 weeks for a part.

Just a tire rotation nut on time and honest service.

MY service adviser Was Jason, and he was awesome! He was very helpful and straightforward in explaining what needs to be done to my car to keep it in top running condition. My car was ready to be picked up on time as promised. Thanks Jason for all your help!!

I had the opportunity to work with Mihail Sajin during the process of purchasing a my Camry. He was professional, knowledgable, patient and kind. He took the time to help me make my decision. Also Leo in finance was great to work with in explaining all the option in financing the car including its maintenance schedule. Have always had a good experience at the dealer with oil changes, etc. This time was for a recall on the rear springs so I am not sure about the quality of repairs, as I have only had it back a few days but assume all will be great. Everyone is always courteous and helpful

I had a recall on my "04 Sienna and they scheduled time for the repair immediately. I also had a loose splash guard under my car and they also fixed it. Very pleased with the work that was done.
