Samuel was great as always.the car was supposed to be done by 2 or 2:30 didn't get done at the dealership till around 3:15. That evening my wife noticed the tire inflation was 41 lbs , recommended pressure is 33 lbs.

Only the repair work I requested was completed in a very timely fashion.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I also inquired about an issue I was having with my door locks. I was told they could check the lock issue for me at a cost of $75. I stated I would need to check about the $75 charge prior to having them look at the lock. I was told it would take an hour for the oil and rotation. After about 2 1/2 hours no one had giving me any information on my car so I went to inquire on it. I found out that they were looking at the issue of the locks even though I had said I had to check prior to taking on more expensive for this visit. I also knew there may have been a need to have my brakes replaced, so I was looking at that expense. They came an advised me about the locks and they didn't charge me for checking. They advised me that I didn't need the brakes at this time. So I had an issue with the wait and not being informed, but was delighted that they didn't charge me to look at the locks. I had received a coupon for the services I had done, but I didn't remember it until after and the service tech never brought up any coupons. So needless to say I could've had the services done for $40 less then I did. Thank you AutoNation for taking the time to look at an issue I had at no charge. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in just to look at what was available and drove a new Tundra home. The facilities is excellent and the staff there is top notch. If you are looking for a new car or truck this is the dealership i would recommend to everyone.

We were looking for a specific vechicle and found it at this location. The staff were so AMAZING!! We flew in from AZ. It was so quick and painless process. They even picked us up from Denver Airport. I have nothing but great things to say about these people!!
